Tuition & Scholarships

Students register for the full school year (August 1, 2022 – May 28, 2023).

Three payment options are available for Tuition payments.

Year in Full payments are due August 1, 2022. Biannual payments are due August 1 and January 2.

  • Yearly tuition payments are due August 1, 2022. (5% Discount)

  • Biannual tuition payments are due on August 1, 2022 and January 2, 2023.

  • Monthly tuition payments are due on the 1st of every month. (August – May)


  • Tuition is non-refundable once classes begin. Refunds will not be given for any reason, including technical issues related to internet connection or poor video/ sound quality that may occur during NTC School zoom classes; or classes that are cancelled for any reason, including mandatory closures due to state and/or local mandates.

  • All students who enroll for Pre-Ballet, Level I-Level VIII, and Pre-Professional Division classes are enrolling for the entire school year (40 weeks) and are obligated to pay the full year’s tuition fees, regardless of payment option (year in full, semester, or monthly installments.)

  • The school year begins on August 1st and ends on May 28th. Winter Break is December 20th through January 2nd. Additional holiday closures and spring break dates follow Dallas ISD Calendar schedule. (August tuition is automatically prorated.)

  • A $50 fee will be charged to active accounts more than 30 days past due.

  • Monthly installment payments are due by the first day of each month.

  • Accounts delinquent three months require enrollment in Auto-payments.

  • Students are required to attend all scheduled classes for the Level in which they are registered. Partial attendance is not allowed.

  • Students may be eligible for pro-rated tuition if they must withdraw from classes due to prolonged illness or severe injury (verified by physician’s written orders). No full refunds will be given for an injury.

  • Only one make up class a semester is allowed for Private Music Lessons.

A limited number of full and partial scholarships are available and are awarded on the basis of financial need, class performance and potential for a professional career. Scholarships are granted for no longer than one academic year. North Texas Conservatory has a limited amount of stipend assistance funds available for Professional Division students.

2022/23 School Year Application Deadline: June 4, 2022

Students must submit a separate application for Summer Course. Summer Financial Aid applications are available in January and are due later in the spring (dates TBD). North Texas Conservatory will not accept any applications past the stated deadline.  Applications that are incomplete or do not include all of the required paperwork will be automatically declined.
